I do not doubt you. You said unit right? I said median houses in median areas. I do not buy units, they do not have sufficient land component.

I've been very clear, median houses in median areas, not units. There is an oversupply of units and more can be created at any time. Land is not created. That's why I buy properties with their own footprint.

You've done very well but a unit for 580,000 is not in any suburb I'd be buying in for the exact reason you've described.
