I do think that NTL is a very compelling gold story and the grades they are putting out are fantastic but I do have an issue about the way the SPP has been handled.

Now that the market is aware that they want to do a cap raise/ SPP to raise more cash how are they going to get this cash now with the share price below the offer price? Additionally with the awareness now out there of a cap raise needs to be done what is the time frame for this if the current SPP fails?

The issue as I see it with this is that it will now put further selling pressure on the shares as everyone knows that the cap raise/ SPP will need to be done at a discount to the current price and so people will hold off buying until the cap raising has been done and put to bed. Thoughts on this from anyone? Thx
