I can relate to the sales cost part - very good point.
ARPU I am still struggling with as the increase from Q3 to Q4 in ARPU is equivalent to the 700 new clients having an ARPU of $11.400 - My thoughts here are that the drop in margins from H1 to H2 might be connected with bigger packages sold but less profitable.
