Didn't some motion get passed where the Co can issue shares to people up to a certain limit with no reference to shareholders? I do recall that there was. The motion was not well received here but went through anyway. This sort of thing was our fear. As for shouldn't matter much when this gets going, who cares? It is my/our bloody money!!
