    Sept 7 (Reuters) - Swick Mining Services Ltd (SWK)

    • chief executive officer Vahid Haydari has resigned from company, effective 16th of october 2017
    • CEO responsibilities of company will be transitioned over to managing director kent swick
    • No immediate plans to directly replace position of CEO.
