    Sept 7 (Reuters) - Quintis Ltd (QIN)

    • Announces updated forbearance agreement with noteholders
    • Forbearance agreement will continue until 1 March 2018 unless it is terminated earlier upon occurrence of certain events.
    • Company is continuing discussions with a number of parties in relation to a recapitalisation
    • Quintis-Amended and restated forbearance agreement dated sept 6 executed with same majority of noteholders which extends deadline to 15 Sept 2017.
