I think a 30% gain in one day without a company announcement the other day resembles a leaky ship enough for me. I've been told that this was also due to a PPP update but I think that's excessive faith given the previously missed deadline. So I'm led to believe that someone significant knows something. Besides, if I'm honest I think the company would be fully priced with the licenses at 45 cents (I don't subscribe to PPPs outlandish claims of true value) so for me the current price reflects a reasonable level of optimism, aka someone knows/thinks they know something.
