    "NTL encourage you to exercise your options, in conjunction with the share purchase plan and accordingly to
    return your option exercise form as soon as possible and by 22 September 2017"

    Given that the options expire on 28 November, this plea sounds a little bit desperate. Unfortunately for NTL, the options are currently out of the money.
