I was interested in finding another cost advantage in using EdenCrete. More specifically a cost advantage to contractors when including EdenCrete in their concrete mix design when tendering for projects.

There is some info from FHWA (from part 1 at link below) that says,

The short and long-term cost effectiveness of warranties is an issue that all agencies have to address. Evaluations from short and long-term HMA warranties reported by agencies across the country have shown an increase in the initial construction costs of the project by 3 percent to 15 percent.[5,6] The increased costs of the warranty are directly related to the increased risk perceived by the contractor.

    More FHWA reading here, https://www.fhwa.dot.gov/pavement/warranty/guidance.cfm

Korea has also pursued development of a performance criteria for warranty specification. https://www.researchgate.net/public...ia_for_Korean_Pavement_Warranty_Specification

I think it would be fair to say that any 'perceived' increased cost attributed to EdenCrete could be well and truely absorbed by saving much of the 3-15% increase attributed to the warranty.

    Another selling point?
