    I agree there is some political risk but there has been a lot of technical damage done on the back of the SPP.

    Question now is that with the price at 1.5 to 1.6 cents they will have to reduce the SPP offer. Question is what price? This puts further pressure on the share price as people cant quantify now how low this will go and the possible new SPP price bearing in mind the market is now fully aware NTL need more cash
