    Low volume. Someone taking a small position at 52 week lows or thereabouts.
    It's a high risk high reward play but WFI is launching this month......

    If it catches on I am going to suggest the line wipes may be in the 1mil+ parcels and quickly engulf the 17mil on sell side....

    Ps 1 cent club!!!! woohooo!!!
