lol.........you do realize that both Labour and Greens have talk about wanting to put the area into section 4 protection.
Like I say those that see no political risk here are a risk to themselves.

@flocka I'm am not sure they could get this cap raise done at any price given the political risks and the closing date being before the election.
I suspect they will extend the closing date first rather than drop the price.

I am not assuming anyone is going to win but it looks like it will be a very close race
