Note that the SP is drifting following the report on Kitco dated 13/8/7(which is the same report I read days before).
Even now with enviable grades/volumes ,the SP has not shot past the old $2 mark. I mean to say that there are many miners that would just love to have tailings with grades of 3% ,in fact some have great SP performance with grades under 1%.
