Everyone ... relax:

Go onto the ASX official website, and you'll see it clearly stated under 'disclosure rules and regulations' that any form of fund raising, whether that be equity or debt is announced to the market via: 1) a trading halt, and 2) the term 'capital raising.'

Further, may be all not forget the fundamental definition of capital: equity and debt.

Finally, lets hark back on what was clearly stated in the half yearly 2 weeks ago:

The Company is pleased to inform that it is in advanced stages with a number of USA-based financiers with respect to providing a range of non-dilutionary trade finance and loan facilities to assist the Company with expanding its working capital capacity in order to meet its budgeted revenue growth, and will update the market at the appropriate time.
"

Honestly, everyone needs to calm down. This is the weakness of HC; without clear, definite news ... these forums often regress to a bunch of people postulating about 'hear-say' and getting each-other worried, anxious and concerned.

Look at the facts from the half-yearly, look how shareholder oriented management have been in the past, and finally ... relax.

We have a heavily undervalued, strong performing and competently lead company.
