It is not so much the Palm oil price that is the issue, it is the margin between the palm oil price and the price of Diesel.

Traditionally diesel prices go up during the Northern Hemisphere winter (thats summr for us) due to the increased relience on heating oils and transport.

This stock is a hold...but for how long?

With the asset/equity valuation per share sitting at around .40 and the market price at .25 we see a disparity of .15. This is in line with the EBITDA as it is at 0.

What happens if the palm oil doesn't drop/or diesel doesnt go up? Well thats a decision for you and how much risk your willing to accept.

If oil prices don't change then how far will management drive the company into the ground before Liquidation?
They might wait untill the present asset/equity value is half of IPO.

This is the price you pay for speculation.
