Personally I really like the way MLS performance.
Didn't know the past but look at their tactics and strategies now ,to me, similar with another company I am out with 210% profit ARV .
Acquisitions then plan different projects really slow at first steps but when it starts to move ...I don't know. ... sky no limit.
I keep buying at 0.7 , 0.6 , 0.5 , 0.4. Got hit at 0.3 . Will buy more and intend to keep for a long term.
