It's both! Therefore win-win. Very much a strategic asset x + with huge competitive advantages.
Starting to kick myself for not totally loading up and getting mis-footed a few times on the journey. But thank goodness I do hold full stop (even if it is only a fraction of what could have been). Never too late, and at some stage I'd hope to build my position along the way and into the future.
