she has a good heart and did try to be nice to everyone. even donkeydog when he was around. Despite her reputation for being abraisive, my observation was that she always employed a good deal of diplomacy as her first level of defence. The only problem was she was like a dog with a bone when she felt she was wronged. Not that she ever said anything offensive but she didn't let issues go. Maybe she shoulda used the ignore button a bit more often.
