We could end the charade today. Under TZ's Corporate Governance the "committee" is made of the "TZ Directors". So when the CFO was appointed the role of a director he automatically is on the committee.

This means under the recomendations of the committee if a shareholder was to request a full financial position on the company today the CFO would have to issue the details and a statement. If the CFO issued a statement the company is healthy today and then either did a CR or it was not the case then the said CFO would be liable.
