I felt sold out by the directors who put up little fight, so I sold out with KGD spike mid August.
I suspect that this was GPC trying to get board control.
I must admit to the takeover being well played by GPC who will:
-further dilute
-consolidate
- have no hesitation to delist KGD
I may buy into GPC later- side with the ruthless and you may do well.
