go over the rental example for the same periods, the picture (I'm pretty sure) will be a lot different.
People have had a choice to live in a property for 4% of it's value by renting, or pay 7.5% with that 'ownership' tag, which we seem to have gravitated to- when the real owner is the good old bank.
