I wouldn't be so sure management would not purposefully lower sp so close to Dec for option conversion.
In fact I hope day traders get caught out on this selling on that assumption then when they sell out a TH and funding announced for rerate prior to sell availability of cr issue. They said before Sept 30th so pretty damn close to ann on term sheet going binding and funding.
