    Very weak argument dex.

    When did $122 million become petty cash?

    Come on mate let's get real and start talking about this subject properly. Put aside your bias for a moment, and be sensible. Please don't fob me off or treat me like an idiot. I am an experienced, well educated engineer who knows what I need to know about mining and tenement law, I'm not a lawyer or a constitutional expert but these two are;

    George Williams http://www.law.unsw.edu.au/profile/george-Williams
    Anne Twomey http://sydney.edu.au/law/about/people/profiles/anne.twomey.php

    Both were interviewed today on the ABC and they are very surprised the government won it's case. It opens up a huge opportunity for the executive to bypass parliament to authorise spending.

    We have to wait until the reasons for the judgement are published but it is a huge worry to me. It's bad enough sometimes what our Parliament votes to waste our money on but at least it follows a process. Allowing the executive carte blanche to do what it wants is downright scary. Not what I expected at all.
