Modern Hospitals
Heaps of minerals and economic potential
When the future in the US is crime like in
South Africa
You will see "just as we have with the yarpies"
a continued influx of wealthy foreigners who will
buy the good 'scarce' land and build!
The chinese will come because their country will
have a poisoness atmosphere and Australia will have all they require.
For us older investors Australia is the lucky country.
My kids are lucky as I have the wealth to educate and some land for them. As long as I dont get to greedy!!!! ie
