Good advice EWL. I was one who was very worried about the housing market. A year or so ago, rental yields looked quite poor. However, the rental market has started to really tighten. While this is happening, the market might be able to support it. This doesn't mean I believe the housing market is safe.
Hopefully the trickle over effect from the US won't damage us too much. But, we do seem to be the little brother.
