No Cujo it does not bring FAR to near enough fair value. $411 mill US is ~ $515 mill AU or about 10 cents. 30% up from here for the 2P reserves only.
The remaining 2C has value, so do the leases around SNE and for that matter the prospects inside SNE......which I think we will test a couple of next year.
The question is do you think FAR shares will be worth more in 12 months time?
I do....but I have been thinking that for 3 years!
But as I posted, I see FAR as the best value it has been since I bought in.
I don't think $55 oil is a problem for SNE. CNE have clearly stated a 10% IRR @ $35..... a very robust project at $50 bbl. DB
