something in the wind with this one as over 5 million shares traded yesterday and today with a nearly 40% rise in the price. Should get a speeding ticket or an announcement should be happening soon. This stock is still cheap and the market is beginning to recognise. See InvestorWeb article 8 Oct 03 which says a break above 10c is bulllish and predicts the first target is 43c.
