And for all of these freedoms, how come capitalism is so fragile that it has to be legislated that calling for a General Strike is a crime? That's right, capitalism is so fragile, always on the brink of a crisis, so workers have to be legislated against organising strikes. Such organising always upsets the graphs of economists and commands the full attention of the capitalist state which immediately has to squash the impending action.

It's a punishable offense under capitalist law to call for a general strike.
