It's not going to be a low OPEX operation.
VRC is starting with an OPEX of US$536/tonne. That's already significantly higher the most other graphite companies. And that's at 170ktpa. So what do you think it's going to be on a run rate of 20ktpa? Hint, it will be higher.
Your statements demonstrate a complete lack of understanding of mining principles
And incidentally, if Volt cannot make stage 1 profitable then it's all over. There is no stage 2 fantasy.
