The size of the deposit at EMH dwarfs the projects you mention above and for me our location is the best in the world. If the Market Cap of EMH was comparable with the projects mentioned ( I don't mean the same), I think you may have a point, but based on upside potential I don't see a better opportunity than here.

With regards to funding and Czech government involvement you have a good point. Recently I have looked into this and asked questions. The following is an email I received from KC last week, it is just confirmation of what is out there in various press release and articles over the last couple of months:

'We have a very good relationship with the current government and you will have seen comments regarding a potential MoU being executed. We feel it is too sensitive for us to comment until such time as we have a signed document upon which to comment. Fortunately, I believe that all this will be resolved quite soon and positively'

There is also a great post from BaldMan on this issue on LSE:

'Don't forget, we have a preliminary mining license that is valid until 2025. If the czech government is not able to make a deal with us, they will have to wait 8 years to do anything at cinovec. No way that's going to happen.

There was a general meeting this week with the minister of trade and the prime minister after which this was said:

I expect the government to discuss the material during the month of September so that we can quickly start working on changing the relevant legislation," added Minister Havlíček. He also wants to submit to the government a draft state approach to extracting strategic raw materials and a memorandum.

So they are trying to move fast, hopefully some good news soon and some positive SP movement.'

The state wants to start supporting investments with higher added value.
According to the prime minister the state could go into such areas of exploration and extraction of minerals which would then be paid for by the state.
It also anticipates the acceleration in the use of European money. The goal is to use upto CZK 7 billion for business by the end of September! and a total of CZK 12 billion by the end of the year.

I think this is all falling into place and backs up recent speculation and KC's email. In comparison our potential is huge and the market cap is wrong.
