Simple answer to the last question because they are significantly more economic as add-ons. As for the $5 Cu price from the FS its economic at $4 the additions are efforts to bring that down to $3.75.

AS fro the Agreement with CAP that lapsed due to the extant Cu price but I don't think potential for a further deal has gone a way and fro the research surrounding ti the add are intended to move the negotiating power more towards HCH. I don't think CAP would be unhappy with that in the end all both parties want o do is get up a project that funds. As for the shares on issue you won't see a 20c SP but you may see 10c.

I was (am) pretty disappointed with what happened before but am encouraged by the last few months.
Why are you so focussed on a one day price move anyway?

BTW if the Cu price goes to $5 the SP will go ballistic from here say 300%+ but I'm not guessing that far.
