Oh I know, trading is almost gambling in most cases. Buy and hold lets the company do what it does and has its holders benefit much more. But it's also harder to hold on through a 50% gain than a 50% loss haha. Seeing the green isn't easy, but imo, when you remember why you bought the company and how it's valued, it becomes much easier
