I think a lot of the next stage and Roche / Genentech progressing it further will come down to not just can PYC do it but can they can better than the options already available to them. If you look back to things like the first Roche / Genentech deal it was about crossing the blood brain barrier which at the time was the bees knees and the spot nobody could touch yet and get drugs through. PYC successfully crossed it which was huge in itself ..... but so did Roche / Genentech and they chose their own way. Pretty sure exactly the same thing with both Pfizer & Mediimune deals - PYC was kind of measured against their own programs.
Lets just hope we can do it better this time
