    Hi. The DMR will never sign off on a mining license. NKP directors know they are drawing salaries from a dead shell. Nkp is no longer registered on the asx, never out of suspension, phone in bermuda off the hook and a former director has been allowed to run off with a couple mill $$$$.
    This has become a play for black empowerment.
