What I take from this Ann is as a whole the only thing stopping this project now is the new laws. Seems there is plenty of interest to fund the project and the planing and works going on in the background are all coming to final stages.

Various funding options from several interested bodies.
Finalising fixed price procurement and comstruction.
EPC positive, progressing and designated for deferred funding loans.
Resettlement plan moving to negotiation stage.
Now mining licence submitted subject to Gov getting their sh1t sorted.

The Gov laws and implementation is the only unknown left.

WKT primed and ready to go.
