id of criminal manupulators

This statement in no way is intended to reflect on CME the company, I don't know its virtues or otherwise.
A few weeks ago there was massive manipulation in the 9-11c range with multiple large orders totalling around 16m that where place on the bid as other large buys pushed the price up and up. Then in a fully orchestrated way (conductor calls "bids off") the multiple bids (16m or so shares) at multiple levels were all pulled and large sell orders slammed on to the market at the same instant. This was repeated at least one more time at a lower price. I got caught by these criminals and it cost me enough to be very annoying.
A rumour came my way identifying a room full of traders acting in concert were responsible. Their location, somewhere closely resembling TRY COM
Just a rumour
Who ever it was, I have never seen such blatant manipulation, they should be locked up.
