The problem with reducing the price of the concentrated Edencrete would be that no-one would order the more expensive original version, unless the price was reduced across the board. And if approvals only applied to the original version then customers might feel unhappy.
So IMO you are right that the concentrated product would be priced to reflect the CNT content, but there is probably room for some discounting which would need to be applied to both products.
