Agree that the wording is slightly confusing. Possibly they have been approached by an entity to purchase equity at a substantial premium and are still in discussions - this is the only reason for a TH in my opinion. They do not require capital and potentially felt that this deal was too much to pass up; irrespective as to having just raised. I do not believe that it has to do with either of the other tenements outside of the Cobalt realm, not enough work has been completed yet. I also feel that if the conversation was not enticing enough it would have simply been stamped out immediately by Matt and Co. , thus I'm of the opinion it is $1 or higher. This has likely only come to pass in the last 48hrs, after the Directors put their hard earned in.

Very exciting whatever the case, I see a cup three quarters full than one half empty.
