aussie market down, asia is down, poor prerformance by DOW last night and a soft announcement by CVI spooked alot of traders today. The old saying goes, buy on rumour and sell on fact. Dump the announcement. I don't think you could ever become rich by trading the stock market lake that. Its a proven fact that only 7% of people on the stock market make money.. the rest, how do we say it, loose their shirts.
CVI is undervalued with promising assets. including a PROVEN oil play. With so much activity coming through the next few months, its is a, in my opinion, a massive buy. Todays vwap was 13.15c, not a bad effort at all.
I can see this stock going through 14.5c by the end of the week. I called CVI a massive buy some 2 months ago and I have not changed my mind because the stock finished at 11.5c today.
