Possibly the Amazon effect. People are a bit hysterical as to the impact of Amazon on people like Harvey Norman and other retailers, which flows onto Flexigroup. Also worries about martgage stress stopping people buying and increased impairments. Eventually these worries will disappear and a rerating will occur. Some positive outlooks will also help.....
