Cath has already said she wont be there.
She is probably in Gambia putting together a proposal with CNOOC for the A1 & A4 leases that the Gambian gov recently put back on the market due to APCL incompetence.
She could also be in the final legs of the A2-A5 farm out with various parties including CNOOC but probably not APCL due to their relations with the Government.
