Apologies for the rookie post but hoping someone can help me out if they've had similar issues before (the support teams for these crypto sites are absolutely horrid - 3 weeks to respond seriously..).
I had 2 withdrawals from btcmarkets recently with the screenshot below. One of them went through to my personal wallet fine (28 Aug) and when i click on the 'details' i see the block confirmations etc and its all good. The other one (30 Aug) sent to the identical address never came through to my personal wallet. When i click 'details' for this one i get a message saying "sorry we are unable to locate the transaction entry".
Anyone had this before? Making me really skeptical about the whole thing but I guess being a rookie i'm probably in the wrong here...
