    I think it more likely that the results are BS...
    I am sure that if you were to pay a lawyer to look at what they have said then there would be some interpretation that means what they have said is not a lie.. but IMO in all likelihood the way we as readers have interpreted the announcements are no way near close to the truth. I suspect that there are many caveats and the results they found and practically useless for battery companies.
    Certainly hoping to be proven wrong..
