Maybe more has been identified than has been disclosed at this time?
Her appointment to Galaxy was rushed. To the point that we turned up to the AGM and had to vote on the spot for essentially a nobody.
On consideration I think it's appropriate and entirely warranted under the circumstances that an explanation is made outlining why she was appointed in such a hurry and what exactly she was doing for the company. Plus what actions are being undertaken to mitigate any risk to the company going forward.
