More than last year to produce a bigger $$$$ gross than if they sold smaller numbers direct --

As for the capital raising- they got it done but imo its very expensive and sort of shows they are geeks with no real idea on finance imho

Banks have all sorts of trade finance available - last time they were given a loan which they had only partly drawn down when they had presales of 800 k- this time they have 2 m-

Hi mr banker, give me a 2 million dollar overdraft at 9 percent, I'll give you personal guarantees and security over company- we need it to fund 2 million in sales orders which are still growing- here is outr three month and six month cashflow projections- we expect to pay it down to half within 6 months, yada yada- we are publically

They company then has heaps of working capital and can concentrate,

Feels like this current raising was done last minute

Anyhooo- done now- they may be good at printers but seemingly not good at raisImg capital at a descent price

I totally agree with you on this one.
They keep raising in the last minutes. Why not plan 12 months ahead.
The way they raise cr have been damaging the share price too much. Buyers start to lose interest in this company.
@ryanl please be prepared next time. Why not borrow $2-$3M?
The company has asset and their IP. It should be easy to get a bank loan.
We have to wait for 2-3 weeks for the dust to settle again.
It is quite annoying.
