Reading through prior posts, I can assume that the chairman David King has a sizeable parcel of shares in Santos +$10m That being the case, and the fact Santos's share price has risen plus 25% equates to a windfall from the base level of a cool $2,500,000. The CEO has shown her cards when it comes to buying stock on market, I think it would be an opportune time for the Chairman and other directors to do the same. My view is; if they don't support the company by buying shares on market (even once a year) then why should shareholders support them at the AGM? Thoughts?
