Sean - yes. Literally nobody else in the company.
I'm not going to get done for slander but I have a fair idea of who is actually running the company and share registry... still I am amazed that all directors took options at 10c? Scary, if they can't negotiate good terms for themselves how will they negotiate for the company? I'm sure 2.5c and nobody would have battered an eyelid as let's face it - we are light years from any upside it seems....
Not sure how Sean got involved in this mess (maybe for the challenge and entry into asx) but bloody hell it is a rough gig...
Coming up to 2 months in r&d submission - hopefully not more "oversight" or ato have said hmm "what is it you're actually researching"...
