    Appreciate the concerns by @Kiap, @EagleEyez and a few others.
    In general I have voted "FOR"  on the directors recommendations.  If management can bring in the bacon, I don't mind paying a bit of excess, however we know that" trust in directors will soon disappear when they do not meet expectations or performance".
    One of our directors, Gillian Swaby is a FGIA and FCIS and is well versed in corporate governance, thus our Captain James McKay has recruited her also as an Executive Director along with Greg Walker.
    There are certain areas I hope that Gillian will look into, such as the need to form a Remuneration Committee, and that Remuneration
    Policy is linked to performance, principles used to determined the nature and amount of remuneration, relationship between Compensation and Company Performance, Service agreements and share based payments, shareholdings of key management personals and other transactions with Key Management Personals
    The previous management hasn't given due thoughts to remuneration  and bonuses to non executive directors and other aspects, thus the unsettled shareholders that brought in S249D action hoping to remedy the situation.
    All this will dwarf, if our SP rises as our MC realign with the resources we have, a situation where both shareholders and management
    will benefit. Currently, we have disparity between shareholders value, market capitalization and the resource assets we hold, thus many  shareholders remain uncontended and continuously asked for more from management.
    Knowing the integrity of the directors we have, we need patience from the shareholders so that the directors have the opportunity and time to rectify the situation.
