By the looks of the relentless selling in VRC it would to indicate that the market does not hold any hope of a successful SPP. If they can't get the cash then its game over for VRC and by the way VRC has been aggressively sold off since the start of August on very heavy selling volume it looks like the smart money is getting out before the inevitable arrives.
