Thanks for your feedback Treefern, I am still concerned about my first point, the production target has no regard to the costs to get to that production, ie management could spend $1billion to produce the production quota, receive $100m in sales (a $900m loss) and still receive their options.
my second point still annoys me a bit but thanks for your input, i think what i am trying to say is that no matter how well the company performs the share price will always lag due to the options on issue that will/may dilute.
Are you able to advise what you value MCA at and how you got to that figure? I am interested in the stock but having trouble at the moment working out its value due to its infancy
